Legal & website terms · Version 2026.09
Clear boundaries. Serious work.
These terms govern this website. A Neverytime engagement begins only when the parties sign a proposal, statement of work or other agreement. That signed agreement takes precedence for the services it covers.
01
Identity and scope
This website is operated by Neverytime B.V., Cornelis Jolstraat 20 A, 2584 ER ’s-Gravenhage, the Netherlands. KVK 84008059; VAT NL863062362B02; statutory seat Amsterdam. Contact us at bart@neverytime.nl or +31 6 2738 1295.
The practice is aimed at organisations and professional clients. Nothing on this website creates a consumer offer, professional mandate, partnership, fiduciary relationship or duty to act.
02
Information, availability and intellectual property
Website content is general information, not legal, financial, compliance, investment or situation-specific security advice. It may be changed, corrected or withdrawn without notice. We aim for accuracy and continuity but do not warrant that every statement is complete, current or error-free, or that the site is continuously available.
Unless stated otherwise, the site, its editorial system, writing, graphics and wordmark are owned by or licensed to Neverytime. You may view and share links to the site. Reproduction, adaptation, scraping for model training, commercial reuse or removal of rights notices requires prior written permission, except where mandatory law permits otherwise.
03
Digital intelligence still requires judgment
Systems commonly grouped under the label “AI” can produce incomplete, outdated, biased or wrong outputs. Neverytime designs controls, evaluation and human judgment points proportionate to an engagement; this does not make every output reliable for every use. Clients remain responsible for final business decisions, lawful use, source-data rights and the review of material outputs unless a signed agreement expressly allocates a responsibility differently.
No model output should be used as the sole basis for a high-impact, safety-critical, employment, credit, health, legal or similarly consequential decision without appropriate expert review and applicable safeguards.
04
NEVERYshield and the meaning of 24/7
NEVERYshield is a risk-reduction practice. Security testing, monitoring and remediation can reduce avoidable exposure; they cannot guarantee prevention, detection, recovery, uninterrupted operation or absolute security. Scope, authorised systems, dependencies, exclusions, escalation, response targets and service levels exist only where they are set out in a signed engagement.
The published telephone line can be called 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This does not by itself promise immediate human response, incident handling, monitoring coverage or an SLA. Those commitments require a separate written service arrangement.
Do not test Neverytime, a client or any third-party system without explicit authorisation. Good-faith reports about Neverytime-owned systems should follow our coordinated vulnerability disclosure policy.
05
Engagements, confidentiality and third parties
Commercial terms, deliverables, acceptance, client dependencies, fees, confidentiality, data processing, intellectual property, warranties and liability are defined per signed engagement. Until then, do not send trade secrets, credentials, personal datasets or other sensitive material through the public form or ordinary email.
References or links to third-party products and providers do not constitute a warranty or endorsement. Their availability, terms, security and processing remain under their control. A dependency used in a project does not become a Neverytime guarantee.
06
Website liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neverytime is not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on this general website, for loss caused by unauthorised use or testing, or for indirect, consequential or business-interruption loss connected with access to the site. Any liability arising from professional services is governed by the signed engagement for those services.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability based on intent or deliberate recklessness where Dutch law does not permit it to be limited.
07
Dutch law and contact
These website terms are governed by Dutch law. Subject to any mandatory rule that provides otherwise, disputes relating solely to this website will be submitted to the competent court in the district of The Hague. Before starting proceedings, contact bart@neverytime.nl so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Neverytime may update these terms when the website, services or law materially changes; the version date identifies the text in force on this site.
